Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We work with partner carriers and are subject to their schedules, terms, and conditions.

- To main cities, deliveries take 2 to 5 business days. Among the main cities, apart from Medellín, are: Armenia, Barranquilla, Bogotá, Bucaramanga, Cali, Cartagena, Cúcuta, Ibagué, Manizales, Montería, Neiva, Pasto, Pereira, Santa Marta, Sincelejo, Valledupar, Villavicencio.

- For other cities, deliveries take 4 to 6 business days.

- For San Andrés and special cities, deliveries may take 10 to 15 business days.

Shipping is free for purchases of $200,000 COP or more. For orders below this value, shipping has a cost of $15,000 COP.

If the delivery promise has been met and the package has not been received, please report it to our customer service team so we can follow up with the carrier on the status of the order.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express Shipping refers to delivery on the same day the order is placed, as long as the order is made before 3:00 PM on a business day.

For orders placed after 3:00 PM, delivery will be made the following day.

Express Shipping applies exclusively to orders destined for Bogotá.

*It does not apply to nearby municipalities such as La Calera, Chía, Cajicá, and other surrounding areas.*

Express Shipping has no additional cost compared to standard shipping: it costs $15,000 COP for orders under $200,000 COP, the same as for shipments to the rest of the country, and is free for purchases of $200,000 COP or more.
